We are firing up the kettle and oven to make some delicious bagels!
We have been making bagels for 15 years and are excited to go back to an early version, similar to Montreal Style Bagels. The bagels will be boiled and then baked
in our wood-fired oven in Multnomah Village.

  1. Order your bagels below - after clicking “add to cart” a form will pop up where you can let us know what kind of bagels you’d like

  2. At checkout choose your pickup day

  3. Pay online and dream about your future bagels

Bagel Tips:

  • See how to slice a bagel safely!

  • Slice and freeze what you are not going to eat the first day

  • When slicing for freezing, leave a slight hinge on two halves to keep them married 

  • Toast them from frozen all month long 

  • Salt bagels do not freeze well, the salt absorbs too much moisture

  • If a fresh bagel gets hard before you get to it, try quickly running it under water before toasting it
