The Portland Bazaar is one of Portland, Oregon’s finest holiday gift showcase and sale. Started in 2011, their mission was to create an exciting event to highlight the skilled artists, makers and small businesses of Portland, Oregon.
Free and open to the public, Give Good Gift is a favorite pop up of the season, featuring gift-focused vendors at varied price points, so all those names get checked off!
With over 40 shops and designers, food carts, festive bar, and Santa photo booth, Give Good Gift will be back at Union/Pine for its sixth year on December 11th, 2016!

Then the Oregon Symphony takes the stage at 7 pm for a concert that concludes with Tchaikovsky’s 1812 Overture, complete with military cannons from the Oregon Army National Guard 218th Field Artillery, and an elaborate fireworks finale.

It's time for the Fifth Annual BridgeTown Bash, a fundraising event benefiting the Vital Life Foundation. Join us again at Pure Space in the Pearl at 7:00PM on Friday, June 24th. With over 500 people in attendance last year, we raised $572,000. This year, let’s celebrate Portland sports —from Beavers and Ducks to Timbers and Blazers, it’s time to get your game face on! Come enjoy sports-related games, entertainment, activities and food. In true BridgeTown Bash style, you won’t want to miss our take on local sports.

It’s the fun-filled Festival of Balloons in Tigard and it’s happening June 24th - 26th, 2016. Get down to Cook Park early each morning to experience the spectacular hot air balloons as they launch (weather permitting) and dot the morning sky. Spend the afternoon shopping at the craft and business vendor booths. Don’t miss the Festival of Cars on Sunday. Of course, it wouldn’t be the festival of balloons without the ever impressive Night Glow on Friday & Saturday nights; the Rogue Beer Garden, live music on the main stage presented by Grocery Outlet (King City/Newberg); Funtastic carnival fun center, clowns, cotton candy, and a whole lot more!
The Festival of Balloons is a non-profit organization that raising funds for many non-profit groups in Tigard while providing a premier family event for the entire community. Groups benefiting from Festival funds include: Tigard Breakfast Rotary, Tigard Lunch Rotary, THS Boosters, A.C.S. Relay for Life Tigard-Tualatin, THS LaCrosse, THS Band and Auxiliary Parent Association. Southside Soccer, and others.
In partnership with Pioneer Courthouse Square, Portland Farmers Market launched this mid-day market in 2010. Affectionately known as “Portland’s Living Room,” the Square sees up to 32,000 people during the day and is a hub for downtown commuters using one of three light rail lines or numerous city buses.
The market runs through September 26th at SW 6th & Yamhill. No market on July 4th and September 5th.
